1. How do I create a COI account for a buyer/artist ?
Start by going to the top of the COI Home page and click on the Sign In link. Then
click on the Register button. Choose and enter a user name and a password. Your
user name is your public alias, which is how you will be identified when you use
any of the features of COI. Once you have entered in all the information, select
the Next button and you will be taken to your Member Account area where you will
be able to upload pictures. All of the personal information provided will be kept
confidential on our servers. Please see our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions
for more information.
2. What if I forget my password ?
If you have forgotten your password you can have it by re-entering your registered
email address. Simply click on the Sign In button at the top of any COI page, enter
in your email address and click on the Forgot Your Password. Your password will
be sent to you on your registered email address.
3. Is my personal information secure ?
Yes, definitely. We will not sell or distribute any of the personal information
that is submitted on our site. This includes your email address, postal address,
credit card information (if applicable), phone number, and some
other personal data.

4. How do I place an order ?
After you have chosen the painting you would like to buy, contact us by email on
coi@bridgingbritain.com. Fill out the requirements and place the amount you wish
to offer for the painting and the procedure by which you intend to make the payment.
Your request will be emailed to us and upon receipt of an email with your offer,
we will contact you to confirm your order and discuss all details related to purchase
and delivery. Upon receipt of the specified amount of money to our account, we will
send or deliver you the purchased artwork. The purchased goods will be sent to any
address specified by you.
5. What methods of payment do you accept ?
We accept payment through Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. Also we
have five new procedures of payment see below:
PayPal without a Credit Card
If you have a PayPal account but do not have a credit card attached to it, we can
accept your payment directly and process your order manually. You will need to provide
us your address and phone number. If you would like to pay through PayPal not linked
to a credit card, please email coi@bridgingbritain.com
Bank Account Wire Transfer
Most banks will allow you to transfer or wire money to a UK bank as payment. Contact
your bank for details and email us for the necessary account information. If you
would like to pay via bank transfer, please email coi@bridgingbritain.com
Purchase Order
If your organisation is setup to pay with a purchase order please email us to request
the necessary information along with a purchase order. If you would like to pay
with a purchase order, please email coi@bridgingbritain.com
Western Union
We also accept a Western Union payment through UK mail. If you would like to pay
with Western Union, please email coi@bridgingbritain.com
Cheque
We accept business or personal cheques through UK mail. If you would like to pay
through cheque, please email coi@bridgingbritain.com
6. Is it secure to order via credit card on your website ?
Yes, it is 100% secure. We also recommend the use of PayPal as the main channel
of payment.
PayPal is the safer, easier way to pay online. With PayPal you can pay with your
credit card without exposing your credit card number to the merchant. Plus, it ensures
a speedy checkout whenever you shop online.

7. How is an art piece packed for delivery ?
DHL is our sole carrier and every art piece is packed manually in ultra strong materials,
applying special technologies, and then, rolled in special tube, carefully transported
to its destination.
8. What delivery methods do you use ?
We employ the services of DHL, the global market leader of the international express
and the logistics industry with an immaculate reputation, specialising in providing
innovative and customised solutions from a single source.
9. How much will my delivery cost ?
The cost of the delivery will vary according to the location and weight of the package
therefore there is no fixed amount.
10. Is the artwork displayed on your site original ?
All the artwork displayed on our site is original and created by hand, as confirmed
and authenticated by our official Authentication Seal. COI has its own exclusive
Advisory Board comprised of creative professionals and art experts for the authentication
and validation of paintings to avoid the trade of counterfeit art pieces and to
secure our brand from any such scam. For more information please visit our Advisory

11. Are any digital technologies used during creation of any artwork ?
No, all works presented at our site were created by professional artists only by
hand, without any digital technologies.
12. I want to purchase a painting, but later. Can you reserve it for me ?
Of course, we can reserve a painting for you. Kindly contact us for your order.
